Competitive strategies in the conditions of digital economy |
The work deals with the complexity of creating and implementation of a competitive strategy in the conditions ofdigital economy. It analyses the characteristics of digital economy and the changes it brings about from the pointof view of the strategic management. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the specific features of the businessenvironment, network infrastructure and the nature of competition. The focus of our attention are te knowledge,information and ideas as resources. The study presents some current approaches to facors of competition,creation, and achievement of competitive advantages and also some concrete examples of a successful Internetbusiness, with the prospects of its further develoment.
