Submission of Papers
Authors are requested to submit their papers in electronic format, prepared by Manual for authors.
Submission of a paper implies that it has not been published previously, that is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, and that if accepted it will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in English or any other language, without the written consent of the Publisher.
Refereeing
All papers submitted for publication will be refereed on the 'double-blind' system by a referee selected from an Editorial board of the Journal. This means the author and referee do not know each other, nor do the referees know other referees. Thus it is important that authors' names should appear nowhere in the paper except on the cover page (which must be saved as a separate file) and in references. When referring to their own work, authors should refer to themselves in the third person.
Copyright
The copyright transfer covers the exclusive rights to reproduce and distribute the article, including reprints, photographic reproductions, microfilm or any other reproductions of a similar nature, and translations. It also includes the right to adapt the article for use in conjunction with computer systems and programs, including reproduction or publication in machine-readable form and incorporation in retrieval systems. Authors are responsible for obtaining from the copyright holder permission to reproduce any material for which copyright already exists.
