Organizations, especially organizations that are engaged in knowledge work – whose value added dependsheavily on information – are facing 4 challenges. In this presentation, I want to illustrate why these challenges exist, what the consequences are of the trends that we see in today’s economic and business environment, and how organizations can meet these challenges.
